Submitting your own complaint?
Use the Submit your complaint form. It collects only the basic information needed for verification and moderation, emails the submission to this site's contact mailbox, and keeps the account private unless it is manually reviewed and approved for publication.
Appropriate reasons to write
- Attorney evaluation or representation inquiry
- Media or public-record inquiry
- Documented factual correction
- Verified response from a defendant or counsel
- Accessibility or technical issue
Do not send sensitive material
Do not send information identifying children, policy numbers, medical information, Social Security numbers, banking data, private employee or customer records, confidential settlement material, privileged communications, private recordings, or documents restricted by a court, arbitration, protective order, or confidentiality obligation.
Correction requests
Identify the exact page and statement, explain the claimed error, and provide a public filing or other reliable source. Disagreement with an allegation is not by itself proof of factual error, but the defendants' position will be acknowledged fairly.
